School Starts for All

The end of August, and the beginning of September found us all going back to school.
The kids were so excited!
Well, at least Taz and Princess were. WG had decided that at the ripe old age of seven, in the elevated class of Second Grade, he was done with school. It was too boring, and he didn't want to go back, ever!
Taz had met his teacher three times already and was so excited to start kindergarten he could hardly contain himself.
Princess was so excited to finally be starting preschool that she asked me every day all summer long if this was finally the day she got to go to school. The first week, when the boys started school before her was torture!

So here they are on their first day of school:

Even though it was still pretty warm, the kids all decided they had to wear the warm new clothes they had picked out for school. They were so excited about their new clothes.

So after a little over a month of school Taz and Princess are still loving it, and looking forward to everyday. WG has decided that second grade is way more fun then first grade ever was and has decided that he does like school after all. Which we are all grateful for.

Ha ha ha, I'm pretty sure everyone else was wearing shorts and T-shirts, I even saw some tank tops! :)

so glad to hear that school isn't beneath WG after all! The are all so grown up- could princess' hair be more adorable? I ask you!
