Happy Mother's Day to Me!

Taz was singing this to me over the brownies Billy and the kids made for dessert tonight, so I made him do it again for the camera, he can be such a sweet kid. Then the Princess wanted to sing it too.

In honor of my mother I wanted to add that as a mother I am now in awe of all she did (and still does) and sacrificed over the years to raise ten wonderful children (yes including me, most days :)). What an accomplishment. If she did nothing else in life this would far surpass the accomplishments of all who seek worldly success and accomplishment.

"And now, if your joy will be great with one soul that you have brought unto me into the kingdom of my Father, how great will be your joy if you should bring many souls unto me!" - D&C 18:16

How great shall be her joy! Her joy in her children, and their children choosing through out the generations to follow the Lord and hold to his standards because of the efforts and teachings of one mother to ten. She truly will have brought many souls. I truly honor, love, and am amazed by my mother. Happy Mother's Day Mom, to you and all who follow this path of self sacrifice and love.

That was adorable! I loved when Taz got the very end of the song and said, "What's next?"

You are a great mother, keep up the good work and don't let discouragement creep in where it has no place.
